Privacy Policy

When you use JobMail AI, you type a short description of your situation — for example, the job you are applying for or your work experience. This text is sent to an AI service to generate your email.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any account information. No sign-up is required to use the app.

The text you enter is sent to Groq, an AI inference service, to generate your email. Groq processes your text on their servers and returns the result to the app. We do not store your text on any server we own or control.

Generated emails are saved locally on your device only. This data never leaves your phone unless you choose to copy or share it yourself. You can delete your saved drafts at any time from the app settings.

JobMail AI shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Google may use your device's advertising ID to show relevant ads. You can learn more about how Google uses data at: policies.google.com/privacy

The app requests the following Android permissions:

• Internet — required to send your text to the AI service and to load ads.
• Vibrate — used for optional haptic feedback inside the app.

JobMail AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

All emails and drafts generated by JobMail AI are stored locally on your device only. You can delete all your data at any time directly from the app:

• Open JobMail AI
• Go to Settings
• scroll to Support & Actions to delete all data
• All saved emails and drafts will be permanently deleted from your device

Since we do not store any data on external servers, no further action is required. Uninstalling the app also permanently removes all local data.

If we update this Privacy Policy, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after any changes means you accept the updated policy.
