📱 Your data stays on your device

Everything you add to Glucia — your plants, photos, care logs, reminders, and journal entries — is saved locally on your phone.

We do not upload, sync, or store any of this on external servers. Your plant collection belongs to you, and only you.

🔒 No account needed

You never need to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal details to use Glucia. There are no usernames, passwords, or email addresses involved.

📡 No internet required

Glucia works fully offline. The plant library, reminders, calendar, and all tracking features work without a network connection.

📸 Photos

When you add a photo to a plant, it is saved directly on your device as part of the app's local storage. Photos are never sent anywhere.

Glucia only accesses your camera or photo library when you specifically choose to add a photo. We do not access your gallery at any other time.

🔔 Notifications

Glucia can send you local reminders for watering, fertilizing, misting, and repotting. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device — no data is sent to us to make them work.

You can turn notifications on or off at any time in your phone's settings.

📊 Ads

Glucia is free and supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect some general information to show relevant ads, such as your approximate location or device type. This is handled entirely by Google and follows Google's Privacy Policy.

Where required by law, Glucia will ask for your consent before showing personalized ads (for example, in the European Union).

🗑️ Deleting your data

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you can remove it at any time by:

• Deleting individual plants or logs within the app
• go to more screen inside the app scroll down and tap clear all data
• Clearing the app's data from your phone's settings
• Uninstalling the app

When you uninstall Glucia, all your data is removed from your device.

👶 Children

Glucia does not knowingly collect any information from children. The app does not ask for personal details from any user, regardless of age.

🔄 Changes to this policy

If we ever update this privacy policy, the new version will be available on this page. We'll update the date at the top so you always know when it was last changed.
